MTU is a global player. Its customers and suppliers come from all parts of the world. We place great emphasis on building a strong presence at our suppliers'. Therefore, we are sending purchasing representatives to the most important procurement markets.

The purchasing and logistics center is responsible for all procurement and logistic processes at MTU. The purchasing staff closely watches the international procurement markets and looks for suppliers that stand out in terms of technology and costs. The tasks involved in purchasing include market analysis, strategy planning, procurement planning, scheduling as well as quality, cost, contract and building management.

For our purchasing and logistics center we are looking for experts who feel at home also in the international markets. Main responsibilities will be material purchasing and on-time logistic support for the company's locations worldwide as well as supplier evaluation and support, and monitoring of the quality development. This requires special commercial and organizational skills. Moreover, we expect job applicants to have a good command of the English language and communication skills.
