Popular among young professionals
MTU Aero Engines enjoys an excellent reputation as an employer among Germany's young professionals, as can be seen from the company's good position in the 2009 young professionals ranking. In a survey conducted early last year, trendence Institut interviewed more than 3,100 young people with some work experience, and asked them about preferred employers, their willingness to take on another job and their satisfaction with their current employment.
The young professionals interviewed are organized in the e-fellows network and come from various disciplines, such as engineering and natural sciences, information technology, social and economic sciences. With an average grade of 1.66 they are among the best in Germany.
