In the past few years, we have further systematized our training program in order to show young people the opportunities that MTU can offer them, both now and for their professional development in the future. The MTU training concept encompasses all the options, including vocational training, dual educational programs, and academic programs.
All our training programmes include both training on the job and working on basic knowledge within the training school or university of cooperative education. Above all the educational paths we offer are designed to entail further opportunities for development within the world of MTU after graduation.
