Shuttle buses, car pool, company cars

MTU offers its employees commuter bus services to various places in the Greater Munich area to make their daily trips to and from work easier and less stressful. The company also runs shuttle buses between Karlsfeld rapid-train station and the company premises free of charge. Moreover, MTU has a company car scheme and offers its employees the opportunity to participate in the "Daimler & Friends" car lease program under which they can rent Mer-cedes-Benz and Smart cars at attractive conditions.

Employees at MTU's Munich and Hannover locations can take cars from a car pool for busi-ness trips, for example, visits to customers. Thus, they won't have to use their private cars. Company cars and pool cars are maintained by the company's own car repair shop.
