Instrumentation
Our instrumentation department develops, designs and manufactures test probes for every possible type of test on engines, system test rigs or individual components. Using these probes and advanced measuring techniques, development goals can be achieved rapidly and affordably.
Focal instrumentation areas are:
- Application of strain gauges and hot film sensors
- Calibration of probes to international standards
- Complete installation of instrumentation including connectors
- Design and manufacture of probes for stress analysis
- Development and manufacture of telemetry units
- Development of advanced probes and sensors for new applications
- Integration of sensors on stationary and rotating engine and demonstrator components
- Manufacture and repair of probes
