ASE series

ASE industrial gas turbines are derived from aircraft engines. MTU affiliate Vericor Power Systems’ portfolio includes three of these aero-derivatives – the ASE8, the ASE40 and the ASE50.

ASE gas turbines operate on a variety of fuels and deliver an output of up to 3.5 MW. With far more than 15 million hours of proven performance, the IGTs have shown to be rugged and reliable. Their power density makes ASE industrial gas turbines ideal for putting maximum power in a relatively small package. ASE series IGTs can be used flexibly for power generation or for mechanical drive applications.

Vericor Power Systems provides its customers with comprehensive support, offering them engineering, design, installation and commissioning services. Long-term, innovative maintenance solutions ensure the reliable daily operation of the customers’ IGTs.

ASE40

With more than 15 million hours of proven performance, the cornerstones of the VPS Series packages are the compact, rugged, and reliable ASE gas turbines. Vericor’s aero-derivative based solutions have high power density making them ideal for putting maximum power in a relatively small package. They also can be continuously started and stopped, enabling users to easily meet varying power requirements without compromising performance. VPS Series packages offer the smallest footprint and lowest installed weight in their power class and can easily be integrated into existing power plants. In addition, they can operate on a variety of fuels.
