Your responsibilities

  • Reporting results and analyzing controlling data (e.g. cost centers, CAPEX, service costs, projects)
  • Support operational planning and financial forecasting processes
  • Preparing analyses, reports, and performance commentaries
  • Supporting maintenance of master data and system support related to cost accounting including cost reallocation/ reclassification
  • Participation in price calculations and preparation of intra-group offers and contracts
  • Handling invoicing and monthly reimbursement of costs (materials, labor, services)
  • Supporting preliminary and final calculations within intra-group transactions
  • Preparing calculation and supporting documentation for decision-makers at all management levels (e.g. investment decisions, profitability analyses)
  • Participation in process improvement and digitalization projects
  • Supporting purchasing and settlement processes for non-standard procurement business transactions
  • Reviewing and evaluating incoming inspection (quality) reports in cooperation with Quality department
  • Cooperation with various departments and business partners

 

Our requirements

Education

  • University degree (Economics, Management, Business Informatics, Engineering, or related fields)

Experience

  • Relevant professional experience in controlling, accounting, or auditing
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset

Skills and Competencies

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP systems (FI-CO / SD / BW)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong IT affinity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and commitment
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment

Languages

  • Very good command of English
  • German language skills are a plus
