Job description

  • Owns the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for IT, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Defines, prioritizes, and maintains a high‑quality backlog in Jira, ensuring proper refinement, readiness, and clear acceptance criteria
  • Makes product decisions based on business value, risk, technical constraints, and operational stability
  • Collaborates closely with IT teams and actively participates in Scrum events, accepting delivered outcomes
  • Translates business needs into actionable technical requirements and works closely with stakeholders, Service Owners, and vendors
  • Drives continuous improvement by supporting operations, monitoring KPIs and enabling automation, digitalization, and standardization initiatives

Required skills

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or IT Business Analyst in IT environments
  • Proven collaboration with technical teams in IT Infrastructure or IT Operations
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and managing large, complex backlogs
  • Strong prioritization, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in an international, structured environment
  • Good English skills

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of ITIL 4 and experience with Jira and Confluence
