Your responsibilities

  • Manage projects and change requests end to end, including planning, coordination, implementation, testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
  • System monitoring and analyses, including log evaluations and preparation of technical data analyses and reports (e.g. Excel, ad‑hoc queries).
  • Analysis and resolution of interface issues between ERP and SAP GTS in coordination with IT, key users, and business departments.
  • Creation, execution, and maintenance of test cases, including coordination of regular release and regression tests (e.g. S/4HANA, ATLAS, NCTS).
  • Operational responsibility for SAP GTS, including system settings, maintenance of IATA and customs rates, HS Code, sanctioned party list (SPL) screening, license management, monitoring, and incident handling.
  • Ensuring and improvement of data quality through master data standards, validations, analyses, and reporting (e.g. tariff classifications, material and delivery data).
  • Support in the development and improvement of export control and customs processes, including documentation and conceptual work.
  • Support of organizational and process adjustments and representation of the Munich location in Foreign Trade Competence Team related topics.
  • Setup and further development of an SAP GTS key‑user network, especially for the Polish location.
  • Development, documentation, rollout, and operation of digital solutions, such as AI‑based tools, RPA solutions, macros, MS365 applications, and classification/tariffing tools.
  • Coordination and communication with stakeholders, including business departments, IT, project teams, and international locations.


Our requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Management, Economics, or a comparable field.
  • Experience in project management, including preparation and support of system go‑lives.
  • Strong system and application affinity, especially in monitoring, log analysis, data evaluation (Excel/queries), and testing/UAT.
  • Practical SAP experience in operational environments; key‑user experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP GTS or willingness to acquire system knowledge.
  • Experience in IT application support, preferably for foreign trade or customs‑related systems.
  • Good understanding of business processes, especially in procurement or foreign trade/compliance.
  • Confident handling of modern system applications, particularly MS365, SAP, and SAP GTS.
  • Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and innovative IT solutions.
  • Fluent English language skills; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Structured, independent, and team‑oriented working style, with strong communication skills and sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (1–3 trips per year to Munich) and to work in an international environment.
