Your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Django and Django REST Framework
- Design and implement REST APIs and contribute to overall system architecture
- Collaborate with the team on code quality, best practices, and technical decisions
- Work with PostgreSQL databases, including writing and optimizing queries
- Support deployment processes in a Kubernetes environment (basic operational awareness expected)
- Participate in code reviews and ongoing improvements of the codebase
Our requirements:
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with Django and Django REST Framework
- Experience with Git version control
- Good understanding of REST API design principles
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Communicative English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
- Experience with Angular
- Familiarity with Kubernetes (basic deployment and debugging)
- Interest or experience in Django Ninja
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts
- Experience with Java
- Knowledge of Bootstrap is an advantage
