Make the System Work — and Make It BetterWe’re looking for a hands-on system expert who thrives on understanding how things really work. In this role, you become the go-to person for our work planning system — empowering users, managing data, and making sure everything runs smoothly.You don’t just support the system — you own how it’s used.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to business users in operating the new work planning system
- Enable users to get the most out of the system in their daily work
- Ensure proper and efficient use of system functionalities across all user groups
- Take control of data: uploads, corrections, and quality assurance
- Solve real problems — from data issues to system behavior
- Support rollouts and bring new teams successfully onboard
- Work closely with the Product Owner to test and introduce new features
Our requirements
- Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable field OR relevant professional experience
- Experience in application support, key user roles, or similar (e.g. SAP or other ERP systems)
- Experience with data handling (e.g. Excel, imports/exports, structured datasets)
- Ideally exposure to enterprise environments (e.g. SAP or similar systems)
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail and confidence working with data
- Ability to understand systems end-to-end
- Hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills to interact with both business and IT
- Fluent English
