Everyone is welcome. People at MTU.

We asked some of our students why they enjoy working at MTU.

Noëmi, working student in our Employer Branding and HR Marketing team

"My work in Employer Branding and HR Marketing at MTU is giving me valuable insight into professional life. I especially like the broad range of tasks involved and the high level of independence and personal responsibility I have on various projects. What I particularly appreciate about my team is their willingness to always have an open ear for colleagues with questions and concerns and the appreciation they show for my work. I have flexible working hours and the option to work from home, which really helps me balance working and my studies."

Berk, working student in structural mechanics with a focus on material models, probability, and methods at MTU

"As a working student in structural mechanics at MTU, I work in the hands-on technical part of aviation. Right now, I’m using FEM programs to analyze structures made of composite fiber materials. My work is interesting and varied. In addition to research, I also develop tools to facilitate advance design with this material. The practical experience is also benefiting my studies."

Hit the ground running at one of our three locations in Germany

At MTU, people from different cultural backgrounds, with different histories and skills, come together to contribute their individual strengths and ideas. We think that’s exactly what makes us an unbeatable team – a team where everyone works together and gives their all to shape the aviation world of today and tomorrow.
