As an independent provider of maintenance and repair services for engines and industrial gas turbines MTU Maintenance has a presence in all important markets worldwide. Through our global network of maintenance shops, we offer our customers service packages tailored to suit their respective needs, individual repair solutions and innovative high-tech repair processes.
The sales und customer support functions at our locations in Hannover and Ludwigsfelde near Berlin are responsible for the acquisition of new customers and customer orders and also for customer support under existing contracts. Our customer base include airlines, military and industrial customers for whom the MTU specialists develop custom-tailored service packages.
What we expect from our employees in sales and customer support is profound technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. We also expect them to take a customer-oriented approach to their work and to be familiar with the special requirements of the local markets. Since they perform their tasks in an international environment, a fluent command of the English language is a must. Sales managers and customer service manager open up new markets, develop marketing strategies and plan and support trade fair appearances and customer events. Furthermore, the continuous improvement of internal processes and of cooperation with MTU's other technical areas is also part of the duties of our sales und customer support staff.
