A safe and healthy working environment

 

At MTU, we do everything we can to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for our employees. We carry out regular workplace inspections to identify and minimize potential risks and hazards at an early stage. Annual safety training is mandatory for all employees. The technical departments carry out ongoing prevention work at the company’s sites through training sessions and local information campaigns. Our health management offers a comprehensive health service, while a social counseling service provides support in matters relating to mental health.

Strong commitment to education and social projects

We see it as our corporate social responsibility to strengthen education and support young scientists, particularly in the natural sciences and engineering. That’s why we work closely with universities, research institutes, and schools to support young people and new talent. At many of our sites, we are a major employer offering a wide variety of jobs in a high-tech environment. This includes offering a large number of trainee programs as well as dual vocational training, work placements for high school students, and opportunities for writing bachelor’s/master’s/doctoral theses at our European sites. In addition, we actively support social projects and strengthen our employees’ social commitment and volunteering efforts.
