We are also focused on responsible and environmentally friendly manufacturing, maintenance, and procurement, while at the same time creating a safe and attractive working environment for our more than 13,000 employees. Statutory regulations are just as essential for us as our in-house Code of Conduct and our Policy Statement on the Protection of Human Rights.

Our sustainability strategy

We take responsibility for a more sustainable future. Our commitment to sustainability is an integral part of our corporate strategy and is reflected in our fields of action. Using innovative technologies, we’re working to reduce emissions and use resources more efficiently. For us, sustainability is a holistic approach that combines ecological, social, and economically viable aspects. We’re continuously refining our initiatives across all areas of the company—with the aim of making a positive contribution to the environment and society.
