Principal Duty
Manages assigned repair line(s) ensuring operational efficiency and execution of repair operations in line with production goals, technical standards and delivery schedules and continuous improvements across team and processes.

Job description
• Plans and controls daily operations of assigned repair line(s) ensuring compliance with PPC schedules and quality standards.
• Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) across assigned repair line(s),implements improvement initiatives and ensures that targets are achieved.
• Ensures efficient use of resources and process adherence; resolves operational issues with Engineering, Quality, PPC, and Supply Chain.
• Executes headcount and team qualifications.
• Manages employee engagement and discipline; develops team capabilities through continuous engagement, coaching, mentoring and feedback.
• Holds responsibility for changing relevant policies and procedures and ensures all documents are in compliance; drives safety, compliance and quality at the operational level
• Direct leadership of team leaders
• Implements organizational priorities and participates in resource and budget planning, manages budget and optimizes costs within their area.
• Drives alignment with company goals and supports strategic initiatives
• Communicates decisions, coordinates within and outside the team, and maintains key stakeholder relationships.


Job requirements

• Graduated Aerospace Engineer/Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
• Several years of experience in a similar position
• People management and ability to drive employee engagement
• MS Office, SAP
• English language (written and fluent oral communication)
• Operational planning and team coordination skills.
• Ability to resolve technical issues and engage cross-functionally.
• Leadership and management competences.
