Job Description
•Checking transport documentation
• Unloading/loading vehicles with forklifts/palletizers
• Carrying out quantitative control in accordance with procurement requirements and checking documentation from suppliers and service providers
• Cooperation with other logistics departments (customs, internal transport, warehouse, tool center) as well as production regarding the delivery of production materials to the factory/purchasing department for clarification.
• Packing and preparation for transport (loading) of materials (in accordance with packaging instructions).
• Supporting Specialists within the sector in controlling and ordering packaging materials.
• Managing and coordinating stock of goods within the warehouse and to production lines, for spare parts, tools, indirect materials/auxiliary parts.
• Carrying out quality control in accordance with control plans and checking supplier certificates and documentation.
• Coordinating the status of incoming deliveries and claiming quality and quantity discrepancies.
• Receiving inspection including checking certificates and documentation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work with production plans (factory orders), ability to control materials using measuring tools.
• Operating a manual forklift and handling transport equipment (small pallet trucks and trolleys)
• Manipulating and managing the procurement of goods within the warehouse to production lines, for spare parts, tools, direct material, indirect material/auxiliary materials
• Performing tasks related to the QN process
• Handling the quarantine warehouse

• High school
• Experience in the field of logistics and transport, freight forwarding
• Ability to operate cranes, hoists, forklifts and high storage
• Experience in the field of Quality
• Knowledge of SAP modules (WM/MM/TMS) and MS Office packages
• Excellent knowledge of SAP modules
• SAP affinities
• Operational experience related to the receipt and dispatch of goods, warehousing
• Quick adoption of logistics processes
