Job Description
 
• Responsible for checking the compliance of work instructions and performed maintenance tasks with approved data
• Responsible for checking the work performed and documentation with the scope of work for the client
• Responsible for performing the final inspection to confirm the compliance of the component with the approved data
• Documentation of inspection results in the CAQ system
• Certification of performed maintenance tasks on modules, engine parts
• Identification and initiation of additional maintenance and inspection tasks
• Participation in the process of defining the scope of work
• Spot checks within the repair process to assess the compliance of the process with the approved data
• Supporting product and process audits
• Initiating corrective and preventive actions for identified non-conformities, including quality methods

Job requirements

• Successful High School graduation
• Professional and practical activities of three (3) years minimum at an approved maintenance organization for aeronautical products, including a qualification as certifying personnel
• Knowledge of measurement techniques and statistics
• Basic knowledge of quality methods
• Successfully passed EASA modules 6,7,9 & 10 in approved Part 147 organization desired 
• Engine and/or Component Maintenance Shop experience (repair mechanic role, inspection personnel, Release to Service staff, Certification personnel) desired
• General Release to Service / certification experience / Quality Inspection or Quality Control experience from aviation industry & Part 145 Organizations (outside shop environment – Base Maintenance, Line Maintenance, General Aviation, Military) desired
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts
• English language (written and fluent oral communication)
