  • Engine Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul sales and workload of responsibilities within assigned market area for all MTU Maintenance facilities
  • Develop and lead sales strategies, negotiations and market full range of engine MRO services of MTU’s portfolio of products
  • Develop and provide creative solutions to promote cross selling opportunities e.g. engine leasing, trading and consultancy services
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals and conduct customer presentations
  • Maximize sales volume within assigned customer/product segment
  • Think strategically to develop, improve existing engine MRO contracts
  • Continuous acquire of new customers and strengthen existing customer ties
  • Proactive customer management, ensure and further develop customer satisfaction from the Voice of Customer results
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with business partners in the region with customer visits
  • Responsible for receivables management of assigned customers.
  • Provide market intelligence, support strategic and operational planning
  • Proactive internal stakeholders management and coordinate administrative requests within the MTU Locations
  • Lead task as assigned by the Managing Director that supports and promote MTU Maintenance Singapore
  • Prepared to travel

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, aviation technology, economics engineering or business studies
  • Experience in the sales of aviation services (in particular of engine component repair services) in the region with profound product and market know-how
  • Strong negotiation skills, target oriented, consistent approach, strong customer orientation, strategic competence, project management experience, business acumen
  • English language skills a must, additional language is a bonus
  • Open for international assignments and prepared to travel frequently and on short notice 
  • IT literate (SAP, CRM systems, MS Office)
