Tasks

  • Setting up the data for incoming customers’ orders
  • Change of internal orders in case of requests
  • Preparing reports for review meetings with the customer
  • Monitoring of high critical parts and information to representative customer support specialist
  • Support and development of incoming volume forecast
  • Preparing of reports and data for internal communication 

Requirements

  • Good English skills in writing and speaking
  • Knowledge in usage of Excel tools
  • Interest in getting to know new IT systems (SAP, Tableau) – knowledge in these systems would be beneficial
  • High level of commitment and flexibility
