Tasks 

  • Support the creation and tracking of purchase orders and requisitions in SAP.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery status and collect relevant documentation.
  • Support inventory monitoring, material planning and basic data analysis.
  • Maintain material, supplier and pricing data in SAP.
  • Support supplier approval and procurement-related activities in cooperation with relevant functions.
  • Prepare basic reports and KPI updates.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and participate in meetings, workshops and projects.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Direct Purchasing team.

Requirements 

  • Final-year student of Bachelor’s or Master’s studies, preferably in Economics, Organisational Sciences, or a comparable field
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Conversational level of English
  • Analytical and structured approach to work
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Motivation and willingness to learn and develop in the area of Purchasing and Supply Chain
