Tasks

  • Support the maintenance and updating of technical documentation, equipment records and maintenance files.
  • Enter and update maintenance-related data in SAP and other relevant systems.
  • Assist in maintaining records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, repairs and identified issues.
  • Support the preparation and updating of preventive maintenance plans, task lists and schedules.
  • Assist in tracking equipment failures, maintenance activities and production downtime, and in preparing related reports.
  • Support the preparation of internal purchase requests and the monitoring of spare parts, materials and consumables.
  • Assist in coordinating maintenance activities with Production, Quality, Procurement and other relevant departments.
  • Support the organization and documentation of machine inspections, equipment installations and relocations.
  • Assist in collecting and organizing technical documentation related to production facilities, utility systems and equipment.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations and other administrative materials.
  • Help ensure that technical records and documentation are properly maintained and regularly updated.
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks to support the smooth functioning of the maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Student of Bachelor's or Master's studies, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and structured approach to working with data and documentation.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Conversational level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to learn about maintenance processes, production equipment and facility management.
  • Proactive approach, reliability and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines.
