At MTU, we’re crafting the future by identifying, placing, and developing Executive leaders who will drive our transformation and global growth. As Global Executive Partner your mission is to identify, engage and develop (emerging) Executive leaders.
Strong responsibilities
- Being a strategic partner to the Board of Management, senior leadership teams and HR Directors to help anticipate talent needs and ensure a flawless placement process
- Acting as internal talent broker for (senior) executive positions by proactively sourcing, engaging and developing internal and external pipelines
- Driving succession planning, pipelining & staffing for Executive positions
- Continuously acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for Executives on their development, career pathing and mobility
- Driving the annual talent and potential processes incl. preparing, moderating and following-up the annual potential conferences
- Building and developing a strong internal “Emerging Executive” pool for future placement as well as developing an external talent pipeline to staff critical Executive positions in cooperation with external partners
- Enhancing & implementing a sustainable succession management and pipelining approach across MTU
- Driving strategic projects in the context of Executive talent, succession planning, placements and leadership development
- Leveraging data and analytics to provide meaningful insights into talent trends, pipeline health, and organizational readiness
Your qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, psychology etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior leadership development, talent management, Executive pipelining and developing succession frameworks in a global context
- Experience in partnering with Board of Management and senior Executives
- A strong track record in identifying and evaluating senior leadership talent, ideally gained in a top-tier executive search firm or within a global, technology-focused organization
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders and foster collaboration across all levels
- Passionate team-player, with strong analytical skills combined with a can-do mentality as well as assertiveness and pragmatism (hands-on mentality)
- Ability to manage confidential executive talent cases with discretion and integrity
- Excellent proficiency in German and English
- Deep knowledge of external providers and solutions (e.g. coaching, leadership development, Executive search, diagnostics etc. )
- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as required
