Tasks
- Lean Intern supports the Lean Specialist in establishing, implementing and monitoring CIP activities according to MTU specifications:
- Preparing, moderating and reviewing improvement workshops using risk/cause analysis and solution finding methods
- Support and monitoring of the implementation of defined improvement measures
- Participation and support in conducting training for employees regarding continuous improvement
- Support in process and interface optimization
- Support ongoing projects led by MEL team.
- Clarification/detailed task definition regarding the content, procedure, goal of the workshops
Requirements
- University of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering (or similar)
- Knowledge of LEAN methods
- Knowledge of the continuous improvement process
- MS Office
- Analytical mind
- Organizational skills, assertiveness, teamwork, communication skills, flexibility, objects and process-oriented thinking and acting
