Tasks

  • Analysis of all relevant customer, government and legal requirements that affect quality management at MTU Maintenance Serbia;
  • Maintaining and adapting the quality management system according to existing requirements, i.e. authorities, customers, ISO standards and internal rules;
  • Support in the preparation of the monthly IMS report in consultation with those responsible for management systems as part of the management review
  • Coordination of the local quality management system at MTU Maintenance Serbia with the quality management system at MTU Maintenance Hannover;
  • Process mapping, analysis and modeling of all internal processes of MTU Maintenance Serbia;
  • Support the development and implementation of MTU quality management in the context of external and internal requirements;
  • Ensuring compliance and continuous development of the MTU quality management system;
  • Participation in internal and external cross-sectoral projects;
  • Representing organizational interests or MTU Maintenance Serbia in internal and external projects, working groups and committees;

Requirements

  • University degree (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering)
  • Relevant experience in quality management desirable
  • Very good computer skills - SAP, MS Office
  • Analytical mind
  • Organizational ability, assertiveness, teamwork, communication skills, flexibility, general thinking, goal- and process-oriented thinking and action
  • English language (written and fluent oral communication)
