Tasks

• Analysis of all relevant customers, regulatory authorities and legal requirements that affect MTU Maintenance Serbia's quality management
• Maintaining and adapting the quality management system according to existing requirements, i.e. Regulatory authorities, customers, ISO and internal standards
• Managing verifications and documentation of existing approval procedures of various aviation authorities and the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA)
• Support in the preparation, execution and evaluation of internal system/process/environmental audits, audits of suppliers, external customers and regulatory authorities
• Support in the preparation of the monthly IMS report in consultation with those responsible for management systems as part of the management review
• Supplier monitoring and evaluation
• Management and monitoring of regulatory approvals and their validity
• Support in the problem solving process and implementation of CIP and quality methods
• Process support and interface optimization
• Creation of concepts for training and qualification measures, including preparation of presentations
• Independent execution of projects in the subject area he/she represents
• Representing organizational interests or MTU Maintenance Serbia in internal and external projects, working groups and committees 

Requirements

• University degree (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering)
• Relevant experience in quality management and/or audit education
• Very good computer skills - SAP, MS Office
• Analytical mind
• Methodological knowledge, for example: moderation techniques, goal-oriented meetings, presentation techniques, project management techniques
• Organizational ability, assertiveness, teamwork, communication skills, flexibility, general thinking, goal- and process-oriented thinking and action
• Willingness for official travel
• English language (written and fluent oral communication)
