The Operations Intern provides support to the Operations team in daily operational and administrative activities, including monitoring key contributors, updating documentation, and analyzing data related to part performance and reliability. Through working on real-life projects, the intern gains practical knowledge and experience in the field of aircraft parts maintenance and repair.

Tasks

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Managers Repair Line
  • Maintain and update records of SFM activities
  • Support the preparation of equipment performance and KPI reports
  • Support downtime analysis and the identification of process improvement opportunities
  • Monitor work order status and maintain relevant documentation
  • Support the implementation of Continuous Improvement activities
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and other relevant departments
  • Comply with all company safety procedures, rules, and standards 

Requirements

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of technical documentation and manufacturing processes is considered an advantage
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Analytical thinking
  • Accuracy and strong organizational skills
  • Proactivity and initiative
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge
  • Responsible approach to tasks and commitment to deadlines
