Tasks

• Moving levers or controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts / milkruns, to load, unload, transport or stack materials, tools, auxiliary and working materials
• Review cargo accuracy and safe movement throughout the warehouse and facility to ensure timely and complete delivery
• Loading, unloading of materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices or other transport vehicles
• Coordination of returnable packaging for raw materials and finished products.
• Ensuring liquidity and continuity of supply. Collecting and delivering materials in an efficient manner
• Performing routine forklift maintenance, daily maintenance, such as cleaning, charging, contacting service, document records
• Conducting and performing daily maintenance - basic forklift, milkrun/s, carts and high bay storage.
• Crane and girder control
• Manipulation and coordination of goods supply within the warehouse and to production lines, for spare parts, tools, indirect materials / auxiliary resources
• Driving a company van to pick up shipments that are not delivered directly to the factory (pick-up deliveries)
• Completing all formalities that are the responsibility of the driver in case of customs collection 

Requirements

• High school
• Forklift license
• Ability to operate racks, cranes, forklifts and high storage areas
• Many years of experience in the transport and handling of forklifts. (3-5 years)
• Basic knowledge of SAP or any other ERP
• Category B driving license
• Teamwork – working with colleagues in a constructive, cooperative and friendly manner
• Time management – ability to meet deadlines
• English language (written and oral communication)
