Job Description
• Painting engine components according to current guidelines
• Color mixing
• Applying paint to engine parts
• Testing new equipment
• Preparation and processing of engine components in accordance with applicable instructions
• Masking and dismantling of parts for further painting or gluing process
• Surface preparation for the next painting or gluing process (cleaning, blasting)
• Performing manual operations (eg manual grinding, polishing, ...)
• Prepares all necessary work documentation
• Support or perform testing of new processes
• Execution of simple heat treatments
• Checking work items
• Performing simple tests (e.g. layer thickness measurement, adhesion testing, complete cure test, ...) involving measuring parts with standard measuring equipment.
• Workshop level documentation
• Control and monitoring of organizational processes
• Compliance with KPIs in line with organizational goals
• Meeting deadlines and ensuring capacity
• Contact person at workshop level for internal quality issues
• Troubleshooting
• Analysis and resolution of causes of disruptions (e.g. equipment changes)
• Commissioning of machines after disturbances (such as calibration of measuring equipment)
• Providing a description of the malfunction to maintenance personnel
• Defining the processing together with the relevant department
• Documentation of processing and waste
• Carrying out assigned maintenance tasks for machinery and equipment
• Monitoring of maintenance intervals
• Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks within acceptable limits
• Documenting maintenance times, causes and their corrections

Job Requirements
•High school diploma
•4th degree
• Minimum age: 21 years
• English language (written and fluent oral communication)
• Professional experience of at least three (3) years in an approved maintenance organization for aerospace products, certification staff qualifications
• Knowledge of measurement techniques and statistics
