- Plan and control Shop Visits for engine maintenance closely with Production, Customer Account Managment, Material Planning and Engineering teams.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional production control meetings.
- Monitor production progress within ERP system, identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions to maintain short turnaround time and high capacity utilization.
- Analyze order scenarios regarding sequencing and capacity allocation across departments.
- Monitor operational KPIs and recommend actions to ensure production flow and on-time delivery.
- Conduct analyses and data evaluation, prepare and maintain management reports.
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling or related manufacturing operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field: equivalent experience considered
- Strong organizational, communication and decision-making skills
- Background in production planning, aerospace, maintenance or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
- High motivation and interest in complex operational challenges.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills. German language skills would be advantageous.
