Tasks
- Planning work sequences and operations according to known maintenance, repair and overhaul procedures, taking into account ergonomic, production and business regulations
- Monitoring existing work plans with regard to changes in basic documents and further development of processes.
- Coordination of inclusion of audits in existing work plans.
- Planning, execution and evaluation of tests. Preparation and documentation of First Member Inspection and Overhaul
- Approvals in coordination with qualified inspectors.
- Analysis of deviations. Planning, evaluating and implementing actions for quality improvement and cost savings.
- Actively control product costs in accordance with agreed cost targets
- Support the development of known procedures
- Planning, design and control of costs, type and number of required production resources and tools.
- Preparation and execution of external approvals within the framework of source-controlled repair and repair development
- Support and perform additional tasks in the areas of process planning, inspection planning and work/time management
- Supervision of the repair plan within the workshop
- Monitoring existing routers in relation to changes in basic documents and improving procedures
- Support the workshop in relation to all relevant issues
- Providing technical guidance to all operational areas in interpreting process documentation.
- Ensuring operation in accordance with regulations regarding the procedures, processes and consumables used.
- Continuous improvement of the specific knowledge required for the task (eg special process knowledge)
- Knowledge of new production techniques and their application
- Representative of MTU Serbia on various internal and external committees
- Coordination and professional team management
- Contact person for external requests regarding technical clarifications, component cost management and quality issues
- Change of project tasks
- Coordination and support of internal / external audit
- Execution and monitoring of resulting corrective steps from audits
- Introduction of projects as a project manager
- Coordination of work with the team and interfaces within the organization
- Support in preparing and calculating offers and price lists for components
- Identifying requirements for new equipment or processes and coordinating selection, procurement and setup in collaboration with responsible persons and authorities.
- Consulting technical programs and engineering design when defining re-pairing processes and procedures
- Participation in calculating business cases in terms of investments and operational planning.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in work preparation or engineering, ability to read, understand and translate technical instructions and drawings
- MS Office, high skills in Excel, SAP, CAD
- High technical affinity
- Production management
- Management without disciplinary responsibility, teaching and leadership skills, presentation skills, proactive work, teamwork, flexibility
- English language (written and fluent oral communication, including advanced technical English (aviation))
