The Senior Manager of Logistics is responsible for overall material management and coordination of the Logistics Department. The role ensures efficient interface between logistics functions and other departments, focusing on quality, cost, and efficiency of goods movement and storage.

Your tasks

General Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate Logistics Centre activities
  • Align logistics activities with business strategies
  • Maintain department budget and KPIs
  • Ensure audit compliance and standards adherence
  • Collaborate with internal departments
  • Coordinate employee training
  • Manage and develop a team of supervisors and managers, ensuring alignment with departmental and company objectives
  • Regular travel may be required to support operations, audits, and collaboration worldwide

Operational Duties:

  • Supervise and direct employees daily
  • Allocate resources effectively
  • Support procurement cycle and production schedule
  • Coordinate goods inbound, outbound, warehouse and transport
  • Manage risks affecting turnaround time

Strategic Duties:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives
  • Build strong team collaboration
  • Manage work stoppages efficiently
  • Develop relationships with global business units

Your profile

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years experience in logistics management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strategic and results-oriented mindset
  • Aviation experience preferred
