Tasks

  • Review commercial aircraft engine records to ensure company assets have complete documentation
  • Ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements
  • Entry and maintenance of technical data of engines and life limited parts in data bases e.g. STREAM and EFPAC. This includes utilization, last shop visits and technical specifications of the engines
  • Manage physical records inventory, arrange shipment of documentation and collection of new records
  • Support re-marketing initiatives for engine and life limited parts by creation and provisioning of relevant technical information
  • Collaborate with the technical managers and lease managers to support data sharing during sales, purchases and engine leases,
  • Support of data reviews (plausibility) in engine fleet management tool;
  • Continuously improve operations and support projects to further implement improvements/ integration of such tools. 

Requirements

  • 6.1 degree with considerable work experience in the field of technical records
  • Ability to handle multiple duties / priorities on a daily basis
  • Affinity for quality issues
  • Willingness to work in an international environment
  • Detail oriented, structured and able to prioritize
  • Good IT skills, in particular MS Office
  • Very good and assured knowledge of the English language and preferable additional language skills
